ChantillySafford of Warrenton - Sales experience
Made a call to the Safford of Warrenton inquiring about a vehicle on their website. Spoke with David Rawlings and he was very polite and knowledgable. I went to the dealership that same day, and had the same courteous experience as I had on the phone. He was in no way pressuring me, and he was very knowledgable about the truck and its optiuons. He took the necessary time and effort to show us how everything worked, explained the newest features and overall was one of the best (if not the best) salesman I have ever dealt with. I would recommend to anyone to visit Safford of Warrenton and ask for David Rawlings. ★★★★★

Pohanka Automotive Group, a leading chain of dealerships serving Maryland and Virginia, is proud to spotlight employees who do more for the community than just sell cars. Controller Steve Parker recently took part in the Bike To The Bay charity event, an exciting event that contributes to Multiple Sclerosis research.
The event was run by the Delaware Chapter of National Multiple Sclerosis Society and it was the second year in a row that Pohanka Automotive Group employee Steve Parker participated in this great event. Bike To The Bay is a 2 day, 150 mile bike ride that annually raises money to help in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.
This year, 1,800 riders on 32 teams participated! Steve was further inspired to make the long ride, because another Pohanka Automotive Group employee, accountant Kristal Bond, was diagnosed with MS five years ago. Kristal has been a highly valued team member of Pohanka Automotive for 17 years.

During this year’s event, in addition to riding on the long journey, Steve also sent out endless emails to friends, family, and fellow Pohanka Automotive employees. Through his efforts, he was able to personally raise $3,595 to donate to this very heartwarming cause. In total, the 2011 “Bike to the Bay” raised over $70,000 for MS research.
Pohanka Automotive Group is proud to have their employees take part in this fantastic event. Every year, 300,000 people are diagnosed with MS in the United States and research needs continuing funding to help eliminate this awful condition. Pohanka is proud to support research for this cause along with numerous other charitable ventures.
Pohanka Automotive Group is more than just a place to buy cars; they are a place that gives back to the community that has given them so much.
